We mentioned about holidays in Sri Lanka and reported that Sri Lankans are not against povidpochyvaty — 25 public holidays a year. The name of the holiday "Vesak" comes from the name of the second month of the ancient calendar — vayshakha that Sinhala language sounds like "Vesak".
