For the furniture is mainly used mahogany because of its strength and durability. All Sri Lankan style furniture we would describe as colonial. It visibly traced heritage and traditions of numerous countries colonists who for centuries influenced the way the local life and culture. Extremely harmonious blend of European and local traditions is an excellent example of tolerance Lankans.

Most of the products manufactured here with the things you will not find in catalogs and price lists — they are made to order. Among the clients of many Europeans who buy furniture for their Sri Lankan homes. Local furniture fisheries products, by the way, you can safely swing to the category of beautiful, though somewhat bulky souvenirs that can be original complement your home interior.
